I can accept returns notified within 7 Days of ordering that are complete and in original condition with all packaging & Protective film etc intact. Any IPTV service cannot be refunded once activated. Purchase price of boxes includes a non-refundable configuration fee.

Standard Starview/Kryptview & Chinese Satellite/Cable/IPTV boxes are considered A Grade, warranty is 6 Months RTB (you pay postage both ways) and is subject to reasonable conditions detailed on warranty card, eg Box is not physically damaged, opened or tampered with, you may load patched firmware following instructions included, this will not invalidate the warranty, although I usually can not accept returns of cable boxes that have been connected to the online server.  Unfortunately, Skybox and repaired or ex-display boxes have a DOA warranty only.

Any boxes damaged by loading patched firmware that is corrupted, not for the box or otherwise corrupts or damages the box can sometimes be repaired for a nominal fee subject to the customer paying for return postage. boxes will be repaired/replaced at our discretion. There is also a further 6 Month RTM available on some items. You just pay for delivery both ways to the Manufacturer.

I do not guarantee availability of Patched firmware nor any features on patched firmware and am not responsible if Firmware is doctored to destroy a box, I do not guarantee the box will open any encrypted channels nor that any channels will remain available. If I obtain a server access on your behalf, I cannot guarantee that service. I will try to offer technical support by e-mail as soon as possible but do not guarantee to be able to offer such help or any time-frame for support.

Please include Order Number or order e-mail in all requests for support and in all returns. Returned boxes should be sent to the address on the original invoice and I recommend you use a tracked & insured delivery method like Special Delivery. Returns will be refunded by the original payment method, delivery charges are not refunded

Once the Package has been collected by the Courier, the schedule is out of our hands. We will provide tracking numbers where available and help in the unlikely event that any claims need to be made. In the event of a delay or non-delivery, you will need to contact the delivery company yourself in the first instance. Deliveries can be any time between 8am and 6pm unless otherwise notified and you agree to cooperate with the courier to receive the delivery.

All goods remain the property of us until confirmed, completed and final payment is received. For the avoidance of doubt, if for any reason the Bank or Paypal do a chargeback, then the goods are still our legal property and must be returned immediately at the buyers expense.
